This scrappy Christmas guild charity quilt was been completed recently.
As usual, I took a "before" photo once it was loaded on the frame.
This is the "after" shot.
With charity quilts I get to choose the design and threads so for this one I used Flirtatious with King Tut Malachite thread on the top and So Fine Fern in the bobbin.
A bright green print was supplied for the backing and a dark green binding finished it off.
I'm sure this sweet holiday quilt will bring someone much comfort this coming winter.
I have one more to finish for the guild and then I'll drop them both off to the comfort quilts coordinator. I expect that the guild has a lot of tops waiting to be quilted now
because members have been keeping busy during this extended time home. It will be interesting to see what I end up with to quilt next.
For anyone that has tops that need to be quilted, my current turn around time is fairly quick...3-4 weeks max. I have over 160 designs to choose from so there's something for everyone. Check out the design pages via the tabs at the top of the page and Quilt Preparation Instructions. Contact me to discuss putting your quilt on my list.
