This year, my gifts have already been received. I have 2 loving children living meaningful lives, and I get to watch it happen. Now if they want to give me something, I'll be thrilled to receive a clean home!

my favorite gift to receive is fabric and quilting items but it looks like our husbands have the same issue with not going to the stores that know us best (which is a shame because most of them will shop for them and wrap it).

I am a follower - For Mother's Day the best gift for me it to be left alone with just total solitude - too many years of 'I wants' and 'I needs' - just a nice quiet day with no interuptions is bliss!

I don't really have any gifts I'm wishing for. Not long ago my son gave me the orange iron from Reliable, so I think that was enough for a while. It is fabulous!

I would love fabric... or an ironing board ... but I think I'll probably get breakfast (in bed-ish) and a day spent with my MIL (good thing I like her!)

Might I make a suggestion to you? Make a "I really really want this thing here" pinterest board. My husband has been using mine for christmas and my birthday for the past year and it's great -- pin from the site you expect hi to buy from, add the price (so he knows if it's more than that to ask you about it). Since this will be the first Mother's day without my mom, I am hoping for a quiet day. But that probably will not happen as I run a summer business and if the weather is nice we are open.

well, my friend, this is some fun stuff! I totally love the iron rest that attaches to the end of the ironing board,....and the cord minder that I got first.
I'm working on Mother's Day. the Home Machine Quilting Show is this weekend, so I'm planning on attending....my wish is to come home with a mid arm or longarm, but that's 99% unlikely. but more fabric would be great ! I would love a fat quarter bundle of Cuzco or a jelly roll of it, or a fat quarter bundle of Pieces of Hope, or a fat quarter bundle of Prairie Rose by Riley Blake.

I am hoping that I get one of those sitting little wagons that you sit on that holds things inside for gardening. My knees don't work the way they used to and I cant be on them anymore, but I love to plant my flowers and keep the area weeded.

I sincerely do not know what to wish for, my DH always comes up with the best surprise gifts. And I'd love to have pictures painted by my sons - I don't get that many, they only paint for other people. :-)

A nap. Yep, a simple nap. It was almost 6 years since I didn't take a nap and this weekend my husband has made it possible, taking my daughters away with him I don't know where (and I don't mind). I'm crying of happiness.

I am happy that my husband will be home for Mother's day this year. He is a soldier and is usually gone on Mother's Day. So it is gift enough that he is here to take care of the kids so I can take it easy.

I don't really want a gift. My daughter came home from girl scouts last night with an African violet that I'd mentioned I'd wanted the week before, so for her to remember that, is gift enough for me.

I have started to tell my daughters (4) that we will go out together to a Restaurant. My Hubby is quite picky and I can't get to a place like a Faita Restaurant so that is what we do together.Not necessarily on Mothers Day but we go together.
